Just wanted to fill out survey at dunkin donuts survey of store #339944 with plu # 201 to get a free donuts and went to sight and got so flustered trying to find it, I give up. I wanted to tell you some dunkin donuts are great and some not so great. No uniformity. One place we went to, loved their coffee, another place coffee was bitter and too strong
no uniformity in dunkin donuts stores. Some good, some not so good. All I wanted was a free donut and tried to fill out survey with plu #201 and was unable to. Took me forever to try to understand the situation. I am not that good on computer. I spend way too much time trying to figure it out and now I think you can keep your donut. It is not worth the irration I am feeling at this time. Thank you
I have to agree with Octavia. To fill out the survey for a free donut was impossible for me. Not a computer person.
One donut was not worth the aggrevation.
Who cares about a free donut?? I just want my order to be right and to get it without an attitude! Some stores are great - have friendly and competent staff - others consistently have extremely poor service. One store in particular (in Oneida, NY) has staff that NEVER get an order right and are snotty besides! If you are not competent enought to take an order and process it correctly, at least be friendly while you screw up!
I went to Round Lake,IL, and I was ready to order and this lady I think her name is Joana, she was very unprofessional and her appearance was really bad..If you are in industry that you serve the public customers you need to be professional and overall a good appearance.:)
I went to store #345227 in Davenport, Florida. Such wonderful and fast, friendly service. I took the servey in all of 2 minutes. It was easy to get on the site and now I will have a free donut. I will go back to the store on the Osceola-Polk county line and I know I will get great service. I wanted a chocolate donut and the guy serving me told me all about the 4 different chocolate donuts I could choose from. The cashier was such a happy woman. I enjoyed my visit and will go back. Oh, my computer is 10 years old and I had no trouble with the survey. So easy.
STORE (#330105) ON MAIN STREET IN JEFFERSONVILLE PA. IS THE BEST STORE AROUND. MANAGER GEORGE AND HIS CREW ARE VERY POLITE AND PLEASING. THEY KNOW MOST CUSTOMERS BY NAME AND THEY ALSO KNOW YOUR ORDER BY HEART. THEY ARE THERE TO PLEASE YOU. THEY WILL KEEP ME COMING BACK EVERY MORNING FOR MORE. THEIR COFFEE AND PRODUCTS ARE ALSO GREAT. well i hope I completed the survey correctly. i wanted to make sure that dunkin donuts corporation understands that they have a great store at #300657 they are the best staff from top to bottom. I wish more dunkin donuts were like them.

I went to the Store #306451 3937 Sauk Trail, Richton Park Ill , 60471 and told by the cashier that her boss Pinkie says that I can only use the free donut from the survy three (3) times a month. This is the first time hearing this and I have tried to verify this but have been unable to.
yesterday when I went they saidthey hadto verfy that the # I placed on thereciept was valid because people just write # in there, This is terrible treatment, and I will not go back ever, just such bad treatment not worth a free donut. how do I get a response from dunkin donuts

Some Dunkin Donut stores are very good and some are not so good. In Newark, New York the Dunkin Donuts employees in the morning are very rude and can NEVER get an order correct. The afternoon employees are very friendly and get everything correct. There is one particular girl who gives me my order every afternoon and she is very nice and is always smiling and thats how employees should be !

the two donuts i got were NOT fresh. at store # 308145
i went to store# 338384 in berwyn, il. when you took the first sip of iced coffee it was fine with french vanilla, but then it was like water. i went to the store on cermak & east ave in berwyn, il and it was super. i'm never going back to store# 338384. i still can't find where i get my coupon for free doughnut. this is crazy!
What a scam. Tried everything to find survey for free donut.Impossible!!!! This is just a waste of time. There has to be a better way to find this. I go to store#347513. It is a nice shop and always friendly, but it would be nice to go back for a free donut w/ my coffee.
