I wanted to complete your survey because the service we received was excellent. However, access to the survey was impossible. The certificate # on the one given to us on Sunday March 7, 2010 at the Rancho Cucamonga location on Foothill Blvd is 0163428620. We ate in the bar at a center counter and couldn't have asked for better service than we received.

Wanted to leave a comment but the first issue was store, location, phone number and amount on the bill. Who knew I had to find my bill in order to answer your survey questions and enter to win? Doesn't say that on the coupon I was given at the restaurant.

My name is Kathleen, We live in Wasilla, Alaska and just this past month Red Robin opened....Service was excellent,The burgers and fries were extremely saltly. My husband brought this to the attention of our server she returned with another order of fries that were ok.The burger still very salty.the burger I brought home to strip down and eat plain...still saltly.
