I would not recommend this credit card to ANYONE. I am making payments of 3x the minimum payment due even in today's marketplace. This company charges me a $39 late fee if my mailed payment is 1 day late. Considering my attempt to pay off the charges due on my account, one would expect some consideration. However, this company is only interested in gouging its customers. Additionally, while attempting to discuss my concerns, I was placed on hold for more than 10 mins. They have no interest in assisting their customers in this economic climate.
Trying to find out what my points are good for, all I get is advertisements no help in finding if these points are good for anything. Very missleading.
This is the hardest account I have deal with to try to pay a credit card bill on line, WHY CAN'T IT BE SIMPLE STUPID

This web site is the most UN-user friendly site I have ever dealt with. Setting up an account/paying your bill on line seams impossible. It would appear that AAA does not want to be customer friendly. Made me angry enough to consider canceling my accounts.
This website is not user friendly. Simple things like opening an on line account to access your credit card info is complicated, misleading and confusing. These days companies want to market their customers to marketable products but they don't seem to have the due diligence to address customer's basic needs!!!
I just wanted to view my statement and can't get to it. I chose the opt to view your account and then a lot more websites pop up. Very unfriendly- make things simple like it use to be. Websites can be misleading and dangerous.
Why does AAA Visa Card even suggest using this URL ? It is plain ridiculous. I'm no computer jockey and cannot even enter the site for advertizements

I agree with Michelle. They posted my payment one day after the due date, then sent me a letter informing me that they were going to raise my interest rate to 27% for the next six months. The customer service rep couldn't have cared less...
My father, George Gollinger died 11-29-2009. I cut up his credit card and wanted you to know so I don't receive anymore correspondence from you.

I have spent 40 minutes trying to pay on line bill. Still can not do it with this program. very, very, very unfriendly. I QUIT.
I am very confused. All I want is to find out what I can get for my bonus points. I took this credit card because of the points. I have another cc and they let me know when I have enough points. and send me a store check(Macy) It is alot easier. Betty
Every comment I have read is absolutely true---stay away from this CC!!
We supposedly have a large number of bonus"points" available and the statement says to come here to see "Bonus offers". What a joke--it takes forever to figure out which web address and then see no such lingo to check offers. Where does one see offers??????
I agree absolutely with the previous comments. My mother had this card; when she went into the hospital, before she died, she was late with a payment and the interest rate tripled in one month. When she died, they transferred liablity for the account to my brother, who made the payments while she was in the hospital. They refused to file with my mother's estate, and instead have threatened my brother with legal action. Now he is in the hospital, and I am the guardian of his estate. They have refused to deal with me about the account, even with the guardianship papers; and then tried to transfer liablity to me, because I am his sister. My mother's estate would be happy to pay the account off, but, and this surprized me, they won't take the check because it is not on my brother's account. Since they won't talk about the account with me, the executor/guardianship of both estates, I can't get to a settlement with them and literally have to wait for them to sue somebody or go ahead and sue them. I will have to hire another attorney to take over one estate, and all for less than $5,000. I wish they would sent it to a collection agency - they are more reasonable to work with than the FIA people are.
I was considering changing to this card but after reading all these comments, I will look elsewhere. Thank you.
I had thought that possibly I was the problem. Now, after reading these negative comments, I can see that others have similar feelings.
I had been thinking about dropping this card and now I am doing so. I'm done.
What is wrong with this site??? This is absolutely the worse site to even find...all I want to do is pay my credit card....and now I need to call again because my last month payment (done on-line) was not even credited!!!!

I was going to check how I could redeam my points and find it is impossible to find how to do it. Perhaps after all these negative comments, someone in authority should tackle this problem.
